2013 Rules:

• SplashBack™ Rewards program is a paid annual membership of $55 dollars due at the time of the application.
• To receive discount, you must present your SplashBack™ Rewards card each time you a make a purchase.
• SplashBack™ Rewards members must keep their personal information up to date by reporting any changes in name, address, etc. to the store.
• Your SplashBack™ Rewards card is not a charge card.
• Points are not issued and the 5% discount does not apply for Gift Certificates, In-ground Pools, and Pool Renovation purchases. A purchase of an in-ground pool or pool renovation will receive one year free membership. Past purchases do not apply.
• There will be no cash refund and no points earned when redeeming SplashBack™ Rewards.
• No new points will be earned in 2012.
• Previously earned points will be carried over annually as long as your membership is still valid.
• SplashBack™ Rewards cards are non-transferable. Lost or stolen cards will be replaced for a fee of $15.00.
• The point value of merchandise returned will be deducted from your current SplashBack™ Rewards card.
• The 5% Discount does not apply in items 50% off or greater, pool services, any Smart Pool Program, our vacation sitting service, or on shipping.
• Free Annual Pool Inspection is the responsibility of the member to schedule with our Service Department. Blackout dates apply.
• Store employees and commercial accounts are not eligible for memberships.
• SplashBack™ Rewards will not sell your name or personal information to any other company or organization.
• Pools of Fun may elect to cancel or change SplashBack™ Rewards at any time with written notice to members.
• Pools of Fun can change the products and services included in this program without notice to members.
