Pool and Spa Safety WeekMay 31-June 6, 2008 Is Pool and Spa Safety Week Plainfield, IN, (May 2, 2008) — Pools of Fun, Inc. and the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP) announces the first annual, APSP Pool & Spa Safety Week May 31 through June 6, 2008. As part of an ongoing effort by the APSP to support the new Pool & Spa Safety Act that was passed by Congress last December, the week is dedicated to educating the public on making safety a number one priority while enjoying swimming pools and hot tubs. “As a member of the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals, Pools of Fun, is committed to ensuring consumer safety,” said Annie Brock, Marketing Manager. “We want to remind our customers that all drains must be protected by an approved cover, layers of protection must be provided around your pool or spa, and to always make sure that there is adult supervision, whenever children are in or around the pool.” Pools of Fun is Indiana’s largest pool company building both vinyl and fiberglass pools.
