The Rules:
- 1) SplashBack™ Rewards
program is a paid annual membership of $45 dollars due at the time of the
application.
- 2) To earn points, you must
present your SplashBack™ Rewards card each time you a make a purchase.
- 3) SplashBack™ Rewards
members must keep their personal information up to date by reporting any
changes in name, address, etc. to the store.
- 4) Your SplashBack™ Rewards
card is not a charge card.
- 5) SplashBack™ Rewards
points do not have any cash value.
- 6) Members of SplashBack™
Rewards will be awarded 1 point for each $10 dollars spent in the Pools of Fun
retail stores. Points are awarded to pre-tax dollars. No partial points will
be awarded. Some exclusions apply.
- 7) Points are not issued
and the 5% discount does not apply for Gift Certificates, In-ground Pools, and
Pool Renovation purchases. A purchase of an in-ground pool or pool renovation
will receive one year free membership. Past purchases do not apply.
- 8) There will be no cash
refund and no points earned when redeeming SplashBack™ Rewards.
- 9) Earned Points will be
carried over annually as long as your membership is still valid.
- 10) SplashBack™ Rewards
cards are non-transferable. Lost or stolen cards will be replaced for a fee of
$15.00.
- 11) The point value of
merchandise returned will be deducted from your current SplashBack™ Rewards
card.
- 12) The 5% Discount does
not apply in items 50% off or greater, our vacation sitting service, or on
shipping.
- 13) Free Annual Pool
Inspection is the responsibility of the member to schedule with our Service
Department. Blackout dates apply.
- 14) Store employees and
commercial accounts are not eligible for memberships.
- 15) SplashBack™ Rewards
will not sell your name or personal information to any other company or
organization.
- 16) Pools of Fun may elect
to cancel or change SplashBack™ Rewards at any time with written notice to
members.
- 17) Pools of Fun can select
the products and services included in this program without notice to members.
- Members of SplashBack™
Rewards are eligible for our SplashCash™ Scholarship Program.
