Indiana Company Named Twelfth Best in the United States

Indianapolis, IN – Pool & Spa News has been known as “the voice of the industry for 51 years”. Since 2003 it has produced an annual list of the “Top 50 Builders” of swimming pools in the United States. The list is based on revenue, staff training, web presence, industry involvement, professional references and community service. A Google search shows that there are 9,339 companies I n the United States that build swimming pools. The June 29, 2012 issue shows Plainfield, Indiana based Pools of Fun, Inc., rated as twelfth best in the nation overall and rated as eighth in the nation for customer service.

The ranking was determined by an independent third-party company, Atlanta-based GuildQuality, to perform customer service surveys asking detailed questions about expertise, customer service and professionalism. Tim Colόn, President of Pools of Fun Inc., commented that “For two generations my family has considered every customer part of the Pools of Fun family. I will only build pools that I would have in my own backyard, to be enjoyed by my family.” According to Pool & Spa News, Pools of Fun customers agree.
