Pools of Fun Stores ReOpening Today
Pools of Fun has conferred with the Indiana Task Force on Best Practices during this crisis. We have spent the last two weeks of the Governor’s Stay-At-Home Order developing a plan to support our customers in the most responsible manner. We have procedures in place to ensure we can still provide water testing, chemicals, weekly service, openings, and other critical services to our customers.
Pools of Fun is committed to the safety and health of our customers, team members, and partners. We are reopening all retail locations on Wednesday, April 8 for curbside delivery, water testing, delivery, pool openings, and service. Deliveries will be made on Tuesdays and Thursdays with 48-hour advanced ordering.
Curbside water testing and chemical pickup will be offered during regular business hours:
Monday – Friday 9a – 7p, Closed 1p – 2p for lunch
Saturday 9a – 5p, Closed1p – 2p for lunch
Sunday 11a – 4p
In order to best serve our customers, we ask that you follow the schedule outlined, when possible, to visit our Customer Care Locations:
Customers Last Names A – M:
Monday through Friday 9am – 1pm
Saturday 1:30pm – 5pm
Sunday 11am – 1pm
Customers Last Names N-Z:
Monday through Friday 2pm – 7pm
Saturday 9am – 1pm
Sunday 1pm – 4pm
