Refund Policy

All returns for refund or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase—the product must not have been used, be in original packaging with all paperwork.
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
All returns require a POF store receipt. A refund will not be made without a receipt. Refunds will be credited back to customers credit card or by cash if paid with such.
Store credit will be issued without a receipt (no exceptions).
Special Orders must be prepaid in full and all sales are final.
Closeout/Used Items—all sales are final, no refunds.
All sales will be paid in full at time of purchase—we accept CASH, Checks ($100 MAX with Proper ID), VISA, MC, American Express or Discover Card.
NO chemicals may be returned or exchanged once purchased.
Per US Department of Transportation regulations, pool and spa chemicals are non-returnable.

Order Processing and Pickup Times

  • Order Fulfillment: Orders placed during business hours will typically be ready for pickup within 2-4 hours.
  • After Hours Orders: Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day and will be ready for pickup within 2-4 hours after processing.
  • Holidays: Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day and will be ready for pickup within 2-4 hours after processing.

Pickup Instructions

  • Identification: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid ID for verification.
  • Timing: Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving the ready for pickup notification. If you are unable to pick up your order within this timeframe, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
