Situations that Could Delay Your Project
Here is a quick checklist of some common occurrences that will delay your pool’s construction:
- Any changes made to plan after contracts
- Weather
- Backyard not cleared ready for layout
- Soil conditions
- Inspections – City, County and Lending Institutions
- Access permission must be obtainable (if required)
- Payments not turned in on time (see below)
- Water and electrical must be available
- New home construction
- Fence
- Permits
- Homeowner Association Approval
- Utilities Moved
Payment Schedule
30% at contract
30% at dig day
30% after backfill/before concrete
10% finish/punch
Note:
Project will NOT continue if prior payments have not been made. Change of work orders must be paid prior to commencing work.
