These programs are for people who need cost-effective assistance testing their pool water and applying chemicals. It is designed for a six month/26 week season and can be paid monthly or annually. We are here to help you maintain a clean, clear, and safe pool for you, your family, and friends.

Water test, analysis and treatment
- Maintenance chemicals administered weekly, as needed.
- All additional chemicals applied on-site day-of are paid for under this agreement.
- Replenish chlorinator or adjust salt generator (Salt not provided).
- First priority opening and closing dates.
Cleaning Services that we guarantee day-of:
- Brush the waterline
- Skim the surface for debris, as-needed
- Vacuum the debris, as-needed
- Brush the steps
- Empty skimmer baskets, as-needed
- Backwash the filter, as-needed

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Customer agrees to exclusively use Pools of Fun for chemical and service needs.
- Customer agrees to chemical parameters set forth by Pools of Fun Pool Care Program.
- Customer grants full pool access to Pools of Fun, including exiting the pool for service.
- Customer observes and reports water quality changes, including algae and ammonia, to Pools of Fun. Customer acknowledges that Pools of Fun provides services to treat algae and bacteria.
- For chlorine pools, TDS levels above 1900ppm require a Drain & Fill (billable service)
- For saltwater pools, TDS levels above 5000ppm require a Drain & Fill (billable service)
- Ammonia levels above .5 require a Treatment Plan (billable service)
POOLS OF FUN RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Pools of Fun performs water test, analysis, and treatment. Chemicals used on-site are covered.
- Pools of Fun performs cleaning as defined in agreement, as needed, determined by technician.
- Pools of Fun contacts customer via text in a timely manner regarding completion of visits, billing, when services cannot be performed, and when further action is required on part of the customer.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Customer agrees to exclusively use Pools of Fun for chemical and service needs.
- Customer agrees to chemical parameters set forth by Pools of Fun Pool Care Program.
- Customer grants full pool access to Pools of Fun, including exiting the pool for service.
- Customer observes and reports water quality changes, including algae and ammonia to Pools of Fun. Customer acknowledges that Pools of Fun provides services to treat algae and bacteria.
- Customer understands that the Weekly Basic Package does not guarantee water quality. With this package, Pools of Fun requires visiting a Customer Care Center to have your water tested a few days following your Pool Care Service. For added convenience, consider the Weekly Plus Package or Weekly Signature Package which include two (2) visits per week.
- For chlorine pools, TDS levels above 1900ppm require a Drain & Fill (billable service)
- For saltwater pools, TDS levels above 5000ppm require a Drain & Fill (billable service)
