Yearly Maintenace Package

Pool cleaning

• Vacuum dirt and debris, up to one hour
• Brush pool walls and scrub water line
• Net pool surface

Filter

• Change sand, or clean filter cartridges
• Check all seals, If needed
• Check multiport operation

Chlorinator/Salt cell

• Check operation and adust, if needed
• Check and replace seals, if needed
• Clean salt cell, if applicable
• Clean chlorinator, if applicable

Auto Cover

• Clean debris from auto cover box
• Clean auto cover tracks
• Inspect and tighten all hardware
• Evaluate pulleys, sensors, sliders/gliders and guides
• Align and inspect fabric
• Clean auto cover, up to one hour

Pump

• Check for proper operation/flow/circulation and adjust, if needed
• Check basket and clean out debris, if needed
• Check seals and replace, if needed

Ball valves

• Check for proper function and notify if replacement is needed

Heater Tune up

• Check for proper operation and adjust, if needed
• Vacuum and blow out all debris from burners and heat exchanger
• Check for proper gas pressure
• Check for soot on heat exchanger and clean, if needed
• Check for any or all leaks and fix, if needed

UV/03

• Check for proper function
• Check all seals and replace, if needed

Late season filter cleaning

• Clean filter cartridges
• Clean sand

Mineral Cartridge

• Inspect Mineral cartridge and notify if replacement is needed
